I love my food but I'm not a snob, and one thing I never turn my nose up at is beans on toast - cheap, speedy and nutritious. And look at the steam rising off them! I also like to add some seeds to take the healthiness up a notch. That said, I've been meaning for a while to do actual proper baked beans, like they do in the
Cake Café, must root out a recipe from somewhere.
